  • Streamlined OCRR visual & marketing processes by utilizing data-based reasoning and insight from field teams, ultimately creating a positive impact on the in-store customer experience and ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.
  • Maintained organizational systems such as a large Visual Operations database, detailing granular store data.
  • Analyzed stock signage usage and provided insight on signage design, packaging, and printing to optimize in-store marketing strategies and identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Composed clear and concise communication as well as directives for 900+ stores utilizing Adobe InDesign. Scheduled and posted content using Famous Footwear’s CMS intranet site platform Unily.
